Turn on the device
Plug your device into power and connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
Start at your Home screen.
Your Battery will be more then 50 % .
Tap Settings --- General --- Software Update.
And then you find " Download and install".
Click on Download and install .
you find "terms and conditions" click on agree .
Downloading will be start.
Downloading will be complete in few minutes.
Your device will restart.
Software will install wait few minutes and you get your device ready.

If iCloud is ON in your device so you must have password.

Update your device using iTunes

If you can't update wirelessly on your iOS device, you can update manually using iTunes on a Computer that you trust.

Install the latest version of iTunes on your PC.
Connect your device to your computer via USB Cable.
Open iTunes and select your device.
Select your device
Click Summary, Then click check for update.
Click Download and update.
If Asked, enter your password.

You can download iOS from direct Link and install via iTunes.
